To Whom It May Concern:
Mr. Shano has been an acquaintance of mine since 1993. At that time I was the Mayor of the City of Scappoose and he was operating a paintball business in the area. During my visits to the paintball park I was always impressed as to how efficiently and safely Mr. Shano conducted the meets. I spent much time talking with the participants and Mr. Shano's staff. They spoke very highly of Mr. Shano and it was obvious that they had a great deal of respect for him and his operation. My experiences with Mr. Shano have always been positive. He appears to be efficient, organized, a good leader and a good role model.
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:
To a small security service company like ours, the level and quality of training provided by Mr. Shano and his staff is difficult to find and usually way beyond our budgetary means. Mr. Shano's staff was extremely professional and the training was invaluable to us. The most remarkable facet of the training was its realism. I have trained on computer generated firearms trainers, movies on butcher paper with plastic bullets, and on Hogan's Alley, but nothing came close to the realism I experienced during the training conducted by Mr. Shano and his staff.
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:
I have known Mr. Bob Shano as an active and highly effective school volunteer and through his many community involvements. Bob coached the school chess clubs at the Petersen Elementary and Scappoose Middle Schools. At least two of his chess teams won the OMSI Regional V Championship and have participated in the State competition. Through his business, Bob sponsored numerous fund-raiser events designated to contribute proceeds to local charitable organizations. Bob Shano has been a positive part of our community for several years. I have great respect for him as a role model and I hope his active involvement will be a part of our community for many years in the future.
Sincerely,
Pete McHugh
